Cataract Surgery and MIGS

This video begins with a routine cataract surgery, highlighting a few tips to improve the capsulorhexis, avoid posterior capsular tears, and not miss small fragments of the cataract. The second portion of the video shows an internal view of an ophthalmic viscosurgical device evacuating blood from Schlemm canal. This internal fluid wave indicates a functional distal aqueous outflow system.
