The National Eye Institute (NEI) is looking for candidates for its Diversity In Vision Research and Ophthalmology (DIVRO) summer internship program. The DIVRO program offers hands-on training and mentoring for students from diverse backgrounds, such as individuals from traditionally underrepresented groups in vision research. Interns work closely with leading research scientists at NEI and get experience working in a research environment that will prepare them to continue their studies and advance their careers in basic and clinical research. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2022.
